Overview

ION Talent is sourcing Chief Digital Officers and senior digital leaders for clients in financial services, government, healthcare and retail who are investing heavily in digital transformation, customer experience and AI-enabled services across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the digital transformation strategy and roadmap
• Lead digital product development, platform modernisation and CX initiatives
• Identify and scale AI and automation opportunities across the enterprise
• Build and lead cross-functional digital and innovation teams
• Partner with technology, marketing and operations to deliver business impact

Requirements

• 15+ years across technology, digital product and transformation
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation
• Strong executive presence and board-level communication
• P&L accountability for digital business units preferred
• GCC or emerging market experience highly valued
