CHRO / HR Director

Overview

ION Talent places CHROs and HR Directors for technology companies, PE-backed businesses and diversified regional groups investing in people, culture and talent capability. Candidates with experience in talent acquisition transformation, organisational design and HR technology adoption are in particularly high demand.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the people strategy aligned to business growth
• Lead talent acquisition, L&D, total rewards and people operations
• Drive HR digitalisation and HRIS modernisation
• Own culture, engagement and organisational design
• Partner at board and ExCo level on workforce planning

Requirements

• CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR qualification
• 15+ years in HR leadership, minimum 5 at Director or CHRO level
• Technology company or high-growth environment experience preferred
• Experience leading HR transformation and HRIS implementation
