FP&A Manager / Director

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, rolling forecasts and budget cycles
• Build board-quality financial models and scenario analyses
• Deliver commercial insights to senior leadership and business units
• Manage and develop a team of analysts and business partners
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools and processes

Requirements

• CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualified
• 6+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel or BI tool proficiency
• Experience presenting analysis at ExCo or board level
• Technology sector or high-growth environment experience preferred
