Overview

ION Talent places Heads of Talent Acquisition for clients undergoing rapid headcount growth, RPO transformation and hiring infrastructure build. Technology companies, PE-backed businesses and regional conglomerates are active across this market.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and delivery
• Build and manage in-house TA teams across technology and business functions
• Implement ATS, employer branding and candidate experience programmes
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on workforce planning
• Lead Emiratisation, Saudisation and localisation hiring programmes

Requirements

• 8+ years in talent acquisition, minimum 3 leading a TA function
• Experience building high-volume and specialist hiring programmes
• Strong knowledge of GCC labour markets and localisation requirements
• ATS implementation and TA technology experience
