SAP Programme Director

Overview

Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 transformation agenda is driving a significant pipeline of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise technology programmes. ION Talent is placing SAP Programme Directors and Delivery Leads for national entities, energy companies and sovereign wealth fund portfolio businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP transformation programmes
• Manage SI relationships, programme governance and executive reporting
• Own scope, budget, schedule and risk across complex multi-workstream programmes
• Drive business change management and user adoption
• Build and lead high-performing programme delivery teams

Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise technology, minimum 5 delivering SAP or Oracle programmes
• Proven track record leading programmes exceeding AED 50M in value
• PMP, Prince2 or SAP Activate certified
• GCC market experience strongly preferred
• Arabic language skills an advantage for Saudi Arabia mandates
