Overview

ION Talent places Technology Programme Directors across the GCC for national transformation initiatives, large IT delivery portfolios and complex multi-vendor programmes. Clients include government entities, sovereign wealth funds, utilities, banks and multinational organisations.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex multi-workstream technology transformation programmes
Own programme governance, reporting, risk and issue management
Manage vendor, SI and partner relationships at a senior level
Drive organisational change management and stakeholder engagement
Report directly to CIO, CEO or executive programme boards

Requirements

15+ years in technology delivery, minimum 5 as a Programme Director
Proven track record of delivering programmes over AED 100M in total value
PMP, MSP or Prince2 Practitioner certification
Strong GCC or MENA delivery experience preferred
