Responsibilities

• Lead complex business transformation programmes across functions and geographies
• Define target operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement and communication
• Manage programme delivery governance, risk and executive reporting
• Build transformation office capability and coach internal change leads

Requirements

• 12+ years in transformation, strategy consulting or large-scale change delivery
• Big Four, MBB or Tier 1 strategy consulting background preferred
• Strong operating model design and change management capability
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
